生長速率對鎂合金微弧氧化膜結(jié)構(gòu)及耐蝕性的影響(英文)

【摘要】:硅酸鹽電解液體系中對AZ91D鎂合金進行微弧氧化處理,膜層厚度相同但生長速率不同是本研究的實驗設(shè)計特色。通過調(diào)節(jié)電源電壓,使得膜層的生長速率分別為1,5,15和25μm/min,從而制備出生長速率不同但厚度相同的微弧氧化膜層,對膜層的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)及耐蝕性進行定性及定量研究,從實驗室研究及實際應(yīng)用角度對不同生長速率的各膜層進行綜合對比分析。結(jié)果表明,生長速率對膜層的表面孔隙率、微孔的尺寸及數(shù)量,膜層的質(zhì)量及質(zhì)量厚度比,以及膜層耐蝕性均有較大的影響,但對膜層中的成分及元素分布基本無影響;在工業(yè)應(yīng)用中,膜層生長速率的選擇,應(yīng)將膜層的生產(chǎn)效率和膜層性能統(tǒng)籌考量,本研究中生長速率為15μm/min的膜層顯示出這樣的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:The microarc oxidation treatment of AZ91D magnesium alloy in silicate electrolyte system is characterized by the same film thickness and different growth rate. By adjusting the power supply voltage, the growth rate of the film is 1 ~ 5 渭 m / min and 25 渭 m / min, respectively. The micro-arc oxide film with different growth rate and the same thickness is prepared. The microstructure and corrosion resistance of the film are studied qualitatively and quantitatively. From the point of view of laboratory research and practical application, the film layers with different growth rates were comprehensively compared and analyzed. The results show that the growth rate has great influence on the surface porosity, the size and quantity of micropores, the mass and thickness ratio of the film and the corrosion resistance of the film, but has no effect on the composition and the distribution of elements in the film. In the industrial application, the production efficiency and the performance of the film should be considered as a whole when the growth rate of the film is chosen. The film with the growth rate of 15 渭 m/min in this study shows this advantage.
