5083圓棒金屬間化合物缺陷分析及控制

【摘要】:使用超聲波檢測(cè)技術(shù)對(duì)直徑ф350mm的5083圓棒進(jìn)行探傷并對(duì)缺陷進(jìn)行定位。采用光學(xué)顯微鏡、掃描電鏡、能譜儀對(duì)缺陷進(jìn)行了分析。這些缺陷通常為粗大金屬間化合物(Al_7Cr)。這些缺陷產(chǎn)生的原因主要與鑄造過(guò)程的鑄造溫度、鑄造液面不穩(wěn)定相關(guān)。同時(shí),本文提出了控制5083合金金屬間化合物的一些措施,有效地降低了金屬間夾雜的形成。
[Abstract]:Ultrasonic testing technique is used to detect the 5083 round rod of 350mm diameter and to locate the defect. The defects were analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer. These defects are usually coarse intermetallic compounds (Al_7Cr). The causes of these defects are mainly related to casting temperature and liquid level instability. At the same time, some measures to control the intermetallic compounds of 5083 alloy are put forward, which can effectively reduce the formation of intermetallic inclusions.
