涂層導(dǎo)體用Ni-5at%W長帶制備研究

【摘要】:采用壓延輔助雙軸織構(gòu)基板制備路線成功軋制出長度大于100 m、厚度約為66μm的Ni-5at%W(Ni5W)合金長帶,從中截取10 m長帶在自制的卷到卷熱處理系統(tǒng)中進(jìn)行再結(jié)晶動態(tài)退火處理。XRD織構(gòu)分析顯示,整條長帶退火前的軋制織構(gòu)含量平均值為63.8%(≤10°),動態(tài)退火長帶面內(nèi)和面外織構(gòu)的半高寬平均值分別為7.2°和6.1°。EBSD分析發(fā)現(xiàn),基帶立方織構(gòu)含量為98.7%(≤10°),小角晶界含量為87.7%(≤10°)。長帶軋制過程中變更軋機(jī)時增加首道次壓下量可以有效改善軋制過程中帶材斷裂的情況。此工藝可以制備出符合YBCO超導(dǎo)層需求的、具有高立方織構(gòu)含量和均勻性的Ni5W合金長帶。
