不同后熱工藝對(duì)焊接質(zhì)量的影響

【摘要】:火力發(fā)電廠金屬材料易產(chǎn)生冷裂紋的焊口,不能立即做焊后熱處理的,需要進(jìn)行后熱處理。不同的規(guī)程及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)后熱順序有不同的要求。本文結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,探討對(duì)P92鋼焊口采取不同的后熱處理工藝,從而判斷不同的后熱方式對(duì)焊口力學(xué)性能的影響。
[Abstract]:Thermal power plant metal materials are prone to cold crack welding, can not immediately do post-welding heat treatment, the need for post-heat treatment. Different procedures and standards have different requirements for the post-thermal order. In this paper, different post-heat treatment processes for the welding joint of P92 steel are discussed in order to judge the influence of different post-heat modes on the mechanical properties of the welding joint.
