固溶處理對(duì)熱壓CoCrW合金組織及力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:利用SEM,XRD和TEM等分析手段研究了固溶處理對(duì)熱壓燒結(jié)CoCrW合金相組成的影響,通過硬度測(cè)試、室溫拉伸和摩擦磨損實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了固溶處理對(duì)熱壓燒結(jié)CoCr W合金力學(xué)性能的影響.結(jié)果表明,熱壓態(tài)與固溶態(tài)CoCrW合金的組成相均為M_(23)C_6,M_6C,CrCo金屬間化合物和γ-Co基體;固溶處理降低了合金中的M_(23)C_6含量和原始顆粒邊界數(shù)量,同時(shí)改善了合金塑性和耐磨性能.合金室溫硬度和抗拉強(qiáng)度均隨固溶溫度升高、固溶時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)而先增高后降低.
[Abstract]:The effect of solution treatment on the phase composition of hot press sintered CoCrW alloy was studied by means of TEM and TEM. The effect of solution treatment on mechanical properties of hot-pressed CoCr W alloy was studied by hardness test, tensile test at room temperature and friction and wear test. The results show that the composition phases of hot pressed and solid solution CoCrW alloys are M23 C _ (23) C _ (6) C _ (6) C _ (6) C _ (6) CrCo intermetallic compound and 緯 -Co matrix, the content of M23 C _ (6) C _ (6) and the number of original particle boundaries in the alloy are decreased by solution treatment, and the plasticity and wear resistance of the alloy are improved. The hardness and tensile strength of the alloy increase with the increase of the solution temperature and the solution time increases first and then decreases.
