普通取向硅鋼在冷軋及退火過程中的組織及織構(gòu)演變

【摘要】:采用光學(xué)顯微鏡、掃描電鏡、X射線衍射儀等分析了在冷軋及退火過程中不同工序段普通取向硅鋼的組織和織構(gòu)演變情況。結(jié)果表明:一次冷軋并經(jīng)850℃×6min脫碳退火后,取向硅鋼發(fā)生一次再結(jié)晶,晶粒由纖維狀轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榈容S狀,平均晶粒尺寸為25μm,織構(gòu)主要有{001}〈010〉、{111}〈112〉和Goss織構(gòu)等;在二次冷軋后,晶粒明顯變小,且再次轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槔w維狀,織構(gòu)主要為α織構(gòu)和γ織構(gòu);經(jīng)1 170℃高溫退火后,取向硅鋼發(fā)生二次再結(jié)晶,一次再結(jié)晶晶粒異常長大,晶粒尺寸達(dá)到厘米級(jí);拉伸平整退火后,晶粒更為圓整均勻,平均晶粒尺寸為2.28cm,Goss織構(gòu)取向密度最大,達(dá)到24。
