數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的流程制造工藝參數(shù)匹配方法

【摘要】:針對流程制造業(yè)在個(gè)性化制造環(huán)境中工藝參數(shù)難以快速?zèng)Q策以響應(yīng)用戶需求的問題,提出一種基于數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的流程工藝參數(shù)匹配方法。從海量制造工藝數(shù)據(jù)中選取相近工藝的產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù),基于信息論從制造工藝參數(shù)中提取能夠劃分不同產(chǎn)品的工藝特征,基于集成分類構(gòu)建產(chǎn)品制造要求與工藝特征的關(guān)系模型,并建立產(chǎn)品工藝相似度函數(shù)。通過對比歷史生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)與目標(biāo)產(chǎn)品制造要求的相似度實(shí)現(xiàn)工藝參數(shù)匹配。將該方法應(yīng)用于鋼板熱軋環(huán)節(jié),驗(yàn)證了所提方法可以有效提供工藝知識(shí)服務(wù),并能夠處理耦合性特征的知識(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:A data-driven process parameter matching method is proposed to solve the problem that it is difficult for process parameters to make quick decision in personalized manufacturing environment in order to respond to the needs of users. The product production data of similar processes are selected from mass manufacturing process data, and the process characteristics of different products are extracted from manufacturing process parameters based on information theory. Based on the integrated classification, the relationship between product manufacturing requirements and process characteristics is established, and the product process similarity function is established. The matching of process parameters is realized by comparing the similarity between the historical production data and the manufacturing requirements of the target products. The method is applied to hot rolling of steel plate, and it is proved that the proposed method can effectively provide process knowledge service and deal with the knowledge discovery of coupling characteristics.
