鋼筋折彎技術(shù)研究及空間馬凳折彎機的設(shè)計

【摘要】:馬凳是一種廣泛用于結(jié)構(gòu)鋼筋工程中鋼筋層之間的支撐件,由于現(xiàn)有的馬凳折彎設(shè)備只能用來折彎平面馬凳構(gòu)件,空間馬凳的生產(chǎn)則主要通過人工折彎的方式完成,人工折彎馬凳的生產(chǎn)方式存在工作環(huán)境惡劣、生產(chǎn)效率低、勞動強度大等問題。本課題擬設(shè)計一種能夠完成盤卷鋼筋矯直、自動送料、鋼筋定長切斷以及空間馬凳折彎于一體的空間馬凳折彎機。主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)根據(jù)鋼筋空間馬凳的生產(chǎn)工藝步驟,設(shè)計空間馬凳折彎機總體方案,基于鋼筋彈塑性變形理論,分析了鋼筋彎曲和矯直變形機理,通過對比分析各個鋼筋矯直和折彎方案的優(yōu)勢和缺陷,選擇了最適合本課題空間馬凳折彎機的鋼筋矯直和折彎的方案。(2)對鋼筋工程中采用的熱軋鋼筋進(jìn)行力學(xué)性能比較和分析,選、蠹墴彳堜摻钭鳛轳R凳制作鋼筋;依據(jù)鋼筋折彎方案,建立了鋼筋折彎的數(shù)學(xué)分析模型,將選取的Ⅲ級鋼筋力學(xué)參數(shù)代入模型,計算鋼筋折彎所需的彎矩和折彎力。將鋼筋定義為理論彈塑性材料,并對其90°折彎回彈角度進(jìn)行了分析計算。(3)為了得到更準(zhǔn)確的鋼筋折彎卸載回彈量,優(yōu)化鋼筋折彎機構(gòu)相關(guān)設(shè)計參數(shù),并進(jìn)行了鋼筋折彎實驗,檢測鋼筋在不同彎心圓角和靠模間隙的條件下折彎力的大小,并對鋼筋90°折彎卸載回彈量進(jìn)行檢測,選取合理的彎曲參數(shù)作為鋼筋折彎機構(gòu)的設(shè)計依據(jù)。(4)利用NX UG 8.0對空間馬凳折彎機關(guān)鍵執(zhí)行部件進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計,并對其中的重要參數(shù)進(jìn)行了計算校核。完成了空間馬凳折彎機整機的虛擬建模、裝配,對整機裝配模型進(jìn)行干涉檢查分析。(5)根據(jù)空間馬凳折彎機工作過程中鋼筋矯直、定長切斷、撐筋折彎、馬凳彎腳等各執(zhí)行部件的工作順序,對各執(zhí)行部件的執(zhí)行動作進(jìn)行時序設(shè)計,并對整機的工作過程做了運動仿真分析。(6)基于空間馬凳折彎機各運動零部件的動作順序和動作時間,設(shè)計編寫了PLC邏輯控制程序,并在S7-200模擬器中對PLC程序進(jìn)行了運行模擬,模擬結(jié)果符合預(yù)期設(shè)計要求,驗證了控制流程的正確性。
[Abstract]:The horse stool is a kind of support widely used between the steel layers in the structural reinforcement engineering. Because the existing horse bench bending equipment can only be used to bend the plane horse stool, the production of the space horse stool is mainly completed by artificial bending. There are some problems in the production mode of artificial bending horse stool, such as poor working environment, low production efficiency and high labor intensity. In this paper, a kind of space horse bench bending machine is designed, which can straighten the rebar, automatically feed the steel bar, cut the steel bar and bend the space horse stool in one body. The main research contents are as follows: (1) according to the production process of the steel bar space horse stool, the overall scheme of the space horse bench bending machine is designed. Based on the elastic plastic deformation theory of steel bar, the bending and straightening mechanism of the steel bar is analyzed. By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each steel bar straightening and bending scheme, the author chooses the most suitable steel bar straightening and bending scheme for the space horse bench bending machine.
