小電流拉弧逆變直流手工弧焊機的研制

【摘要】:目前針對國內(nèi)外對焊機的研究中可以發(fā)現(xiàn),特種焊機研究有著實際的應(yīng)用價值,目前處于非常熱門的領(lǐng)域。在我們國內(nèi)這種焊機一直處于供不應(yīng)求的緊缺狀態(tài),非常具有研究價值。小電流起焊屬于一種這種焊機,最低6A就可以起焊且飛濺極小,目前市面上對于這種焊機處于非常急缺的狀態(tài),具有一定的市場開闊前景。隨著市場經(jīng)濟的增長,適者生存的優(yōu)勝劣汰,將成為焊機行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的必然發(fā)展的趨勢。從焊接技術(shù)發(fā)展的角度來看,未來的焊機應(yīng)朝著高效節(jié)能的方向發(fā)展。為了達到高效率、低成本、小電流起焊的要求,為了滿足本焊機低壓大電流,大功率等性能指標,通過對全橋、半橋等基本拓撲進行了詳細的分析,本設(shè)計采用橋式變換器作為主電路拓撲,由多個MOSFET管所組成高頻逆變電路,其經(jīng)過變壓器、整流二極管等元件實現(xiàn)輸出可調(diào)的直流并采用電壓電流雙閉環(huán)基本結(jié)構(gòu)來實現(xiàn)輸出電流可調(diào)且使其穩(wěn)定。本文詳細的給出了電路設(shè)計及參數(shù)的詳細計算、功率原件的型號選取等。與此同時,本文還分析了控制電路、保護電路、輔助電源等部分的工作原理和主要參數(shù)指標的設(shè)計。以這些依據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),本文研制了一臺手工弧焊機。最后,對這款手工弧焊機進行了一系列的測試,得到了有實際意義的數(shù)據(jù)并對其分析。測試所得到的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果基本滿足本次焊機設(shè)計的要求,性能指標也都符合要求。其中負載效率高達85%,起焊電流最低達到6A,且飛濺極小,整機電路的設(shè)計小巧輕便。
[Abstract]:At present, it can be found that the research of special welding machine has practical application value and is currently in a very hot field in the research of welding machines at home and abroad. In our country, this welding machine has been in short supply, very research value. Low current starting welding belongs to this kind of welding machine, the lowest 6A can start welding and spatter is very small. At present, the market for this kind of welding machine is in a very urgent state and has a certain market open prospect. With the growth of market economy, the survival of the fittest will become the inevitable trend of structural adjustment of welding machine industry. From the point of view of welding technology development, the future welding machine should be developed in the direction of high efficiency and energy saving. In order to meet the requirements of high efficiency, low cost and low current starting welding, in order to meet the requirements of the welder, such as low voltage, large current, high power and so on, the basic topologies such as full bridge and half bridge are analyzed in detail. In this design, the bridge converter is used as the main circuit topology, and the high frequency inverter circuit is composed of several MOSFET transistors, which pass through the transformer. Rectifier diodes and other components realize adjustable output DC and use voltage and current double closed loop basic structure to realize the output current adjustable and make it stable. In this paper, the circuit design and the detailed calculation of the parameters, the model selection of the original power are given in detail. At the same time, this paper also analyzes the control circuit, protection circuit, auxiliary power supply and other parts of the working principle and the design of the main parameters. Based on these results, a manual arc welding machine is developed in this paper. Finally, a series of tests are carried out on the manual arc welding machine, and practical data are obtained and analyzed. The data obtained from the test basically meet the requirements of the welding machine design, and the performance indicators are also in line with the requirements. The load efficiency is as high as 85A, the minimum welding current is 6A, the splashing is minimal, and the whole circuit design is small and light.
