熱處理對(duì)P92鋼組織及硬度的影響

【摘要】:通過(guò)OM、SEM、TEM及EDS,研究了P92鋼在不同熱處理?xiàng)l件下的微觀組織,采用洛氏硬度計(jì)測(cè)量了不同熱處理狀態(tài)下材料的洛氏硬度。結(jié)果表明:P92鋼在1050℃淬火、正火得到的組織均是馬氏體+殘留奧氏體+碳化物,硬度平均值約為41.34 HRC。760℃等溫退火得到組織為鐵素體+珠光體,硬度平均值約為11.56 HRC。淬火后200、400、760℃回火得到的組織分別為回火馬氏體,回火馬氏體+回火托氏體,回火托氏體。對(duì)應(yīng)的硬度平均值分別為30.90、26.92、23.75 HRC。
