藥芯割絲水下濕式電弧切割割口成形及熱影響區(qū)組織分析

【摘要】:針對水下作業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,利用藥芯割絲進(jìn)行了水下濕式電弧切割試驗,分析了水下電弧切割過程中切割電壓、電流及切割速度對割口成形的影響規(guī)律,并研究了割口熱影響區(qū)的顯微組織.結(jié)果表明,藥芯割絲水下電弧切割過程中電弧長度、割絲伸出長度在不停變化;割口下口基本較上口寬;隨切割電壓或電流的增大,割口上下寬度均有所增加;隨切割速度的增大,割口下口寬度逐漸變小.同時發(fā)現(xiàn),由于水下冷卻速度較快,割口熱影響區(qū)較窄,可分為重熔區(qū)、過熱區(qū)、完全再結(jié)晶區(qū)與不完全再結(jié)晶區(qū)等區(qū)域.
[Abstract]:In order to meet the need of underwater operation development, the underwater wet arc cutting test was carried out by using core-cutting wire, and the influence of cutting voltage, current and cutting speed on the forming of the cutting mouth was analyzed in the process of underwater arc cutting. The microstructure of the heat affected zone was studied. The results show that the arc length and the extension length of the cutting wire are constantly changing during the underwater arc cutting of the cored wire, the lower end of the cut is wider than that of the upper, and the upper and lower width of the cut increases with the increase of the cutting voltage or current. With the increase of cutting speed, the width of the cut mouth becomes smaller. At the same time, it is found that because of the rapid underwater cooling rate, the heat affected zone of cutting mouth is narrower, which can be divided into remelting zone, overheating zone, complete recrystallization zone and incomplete recrystallization zone.
