基于金屬3D打印技術(shù)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)氣門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)與制造

【摘要】:介紹了金屬3D打印技術(shù)的分類、原理、工作流程,選用選擇性激光熔化工藝設(shè)計(jì)制造了V8發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)氣門(mén)零部件,闡述了整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)制造工作流程,并對(duì)金屬3D打印預(yù)處理、熱等靜壓處理關(guān)鍵技術(shù)點(diǎn)做了詳細(xì)說(shuō)明?蛊跍y(cè)試結(jié)果表明,成形的氣門(mén)零部件達(dá)到預(yù)期強(qiáng)度。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the classification, principle, working flow of metal 3D printing technology, the design and manufacture of V8 engine valve parts with selective laser melting process. The whole design and manufacturing process is expounded, and the key technical points of metal 3D printing preprocessing and thermal isostatic pressing are explained in detail. The fatigue test results show that the forming valve is formed. Spare parts reach the expected strength.
