1Cr11MoNiW1VNbN鋼氣體滲氮方法研究

【摘要】:研究了一種對(duì)1Cr11Mo Ni W1VNb N鋼進(jìn)行氣體滲氮的工藝方法,采用較高溫度在奧氏體區(qū)滲氮,通過多次試驗(yàn)摸索出一種較好的工藝方法,并用顯微鏡、硬度計(jì)等對(duì)滲氮后試樣的滲層深度、裂紋情況、表面硬度、階梯硬度等進(jìn)行了測(cè)試分析。結(jié)果表明:采用溫度(625±5)℃滲氮、(640±5)℃退氮的三段滲氮方法,可以滿足1Cr11Mo Ni W1VNb N鋼滲層深度≥0.25 mm、表面維氏硬度739~840 HV的技術(shù)要求。
[Abstract]:A method for nitriding 1Cr11Mo Ni W 1VNB N steel by gas nitriding was studied. A better method was found out by several experiments in austenite region at higher temperature.
