金屬間化合物Ti2AlNb的高溫變形行為和變形機(jī)理(英文)

【摘要】:對(duì)金屬間化合物Ti2AlNb基合金在加熱狀態(tài)下的變形行為和變形機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究。首先,利用單向拉伸試驗(yàn)得到不同溫度和應(yīng)變速率下合金的真應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變關(guān)系;然后,通過拉深和彎曲試樣得到合金的極限拉深比(LDR)及彎曲性能參數(shù);最后,通過金相實(shí)驗(yàn)和斷口形貌分析研究Ti2AlNb基合金在不同加熱條件下的高溫變形機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:在750~950℃、應(yīng)變速率0.001 s~(-1)的條件下,隨著溫度的升高,合金的伸長率從13.58%增大至97.82%,屈服強(qiáng)度從788 MPa降低至80 MPa;當(dāng)溫度達(dá)到950℃時(shí),應(yīng)變速率對(duì)合金的變形性能有明顯影響。同時(shí),在該溫度范圍內(nèi),材料發(fā)生由O相向B2和α2相的組織轉(zhuǎn)變,從微觀組織演變揭示了Ti2AlNb基合金塑性提高的變形機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:The deformation behavior and mechanism of Ti _ 2AlNb based alloy under heating condition were studied. First, the true stress-strain relationship of the alloy at different temperatures and strain rates is obtained by uniaxial tensile test. Then, the ultimate drawing ratio (LDR) and bending performance parameters of the alloy are obtained by drawing and bending specimens. The deformation mechanism of Ti _ 2AlNb based alloy at high temperature under different heating conditions was studied by metallographic test and fracture morphology analysis. The results show that the elongation of the alloy increases from 13.58% to 97.82 at 750 鈩,
