GH4698鎳基合金均勻化組織及變形抗力研究

【摘要】:借助光學顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡、EDS以及熱壓縮試驗機,研究不同均勻化工藝下鑄態(tài)GH4698鎳基高溫合金的變形抗力及其機理。結果表明,均勻化程度、晶粒尺寸、偏析程度以及再結晶程度對合金變形抗力具有一定的影響。綜合考慮合金的開坯再結晶率、節(jié)能、降低變形抗力等需求,結合各項影響因素,最后確定采用保存少量枝晶組織的1 100℃保溫15 h均勻化處理工藝。
[Abstract]:By means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and thermal compression tester, the deformation resistance and mechanism of as-cast Ni-base superalloy GH4698 under different homogenization processes were studied. The results show that the homogenization degree, grain size, segregation degree and recrystallization degree have certain influence on the deformation resistance of the alloy. Considering the requirements of recrystallization rate, energy saving and reducing deformation resistance of the alloy, combined with various factors, the homogenization process of holding a small amount of dendrite structure at 1 100 鈩,
