預(yù)變形對7N01鋁合金力學(xué)性能及顯微結(jié)構(gòu)的影響

【摘要】:采用力學(xué)性能測量和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)表征和工藝調(diào)控等手段,系統(tǒng)研究了預(yù)變形加時(shí)效的組合工藝對7N01鋁合金力學(xué)性能和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)的影響.研究表明:與單一的變形強(qiáng)化工藝和單一的時(shí)效強(qiáng)化工藝相比,合適的形變時(shí)效工藝能大幅提高材料的性能.本實(shí)驗(yàn)采用10%預(yù)變形后120℃再時(shí)效,合金的屈服強(qiáng)度可以達(dá)到430 MPa,抗拉強(qiáng)度可以達(dá)到470MPa,延伸率仍然保持在14%.隨著預(yù)變形量的增加,合金的強(qiáng)度先上升后下降,采用過大的變形量反而不利于優(yōu)化材料力學(xué)性能;變形引入的位錯會對后續(xù)時(shí)效強(qiáng)化中納米析出相顆粒的種類、尺寸和分布等產(chǎn)生關(guān)鍵作用,從而影響材料最終的綜合力學(xué)性能.
[Abstract]:The effects of pre-deformation and aging on the mechanical properties and microstructure of 7N01 aluminum alloy were systematically studied by means of mechanical properties measurement, microstructure characterization and process control. Compared with the single deformation strengthening process and the single aging strengthening process, the suitable deformation aging process can greatly improve the properties of the material. In this experiment, the yield strength and tensile strength of the alloy were 430 MPA, 470 MPA and 14% respectively after 10% pre-deformation and 120 鈩,
