【摘要】：轉(zhuǎn)軸為旋轉(zhuǎn)運動提供了基準,是精密測量、加工、控制等設(shè)備的重要運動部件之一,在高端加工制造、航空航天、光學(xué)分析等領(lǐng)域具有重要地位。轉(zhuǎn)軸在轉(zhuǎn)動時具有六自由度幾何運動誤差,通過對六自由度誤差的測量,建立誤差補償模型進行誤差補償,是目前世界上普遍采用的用于提高精密測量、加工、控制等設(shè)備精度的主要途徑之一。綜述了現(xiàn)有轉(zhuǎn)軸激光多自由度誤差測量方法,并分析了各種方法的優(yōu)缺點,討論了其發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:Rotating shaft is one of the most important moving parts of precision measuring, machining and controlling equipments, and it has an important position in the fields of high-end machining, aerospace, optical analysis and so on. The rotation axis has six degrees of freedom geometric motion error. By measuring the error of six degrees of freedom, the error compensation model is established, which is widely used in the world to improve precision measurement and machining. One of the main ways to control the precision of equipment. This paper summarizes the existing methods of measuring the error of rotation axis laser with multiple degrees of freedom, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various methods, and discusses the development trend of these methods.
