4J36因瓦合金冷軋板的退火工藝研究

【摘要】:為了獲得合理的退火工藝,研究了在不同溫度退火不同時間的4J36因瓦合金冷軋板的顯微組織和力學性能。結果表明,隨著退火溫度的升高和保溫時間的延長,4J36合金冷軋板的奧氏體晶粒逐漸長大,并且孿晶組織越來越明顯,強度下降。4J36因瓦合金冷軋板在750℃退火3~4 min,其力學性能最佳,且晶粒細小均勻。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain reasonable annealing process, the microstructure and mechanical properties of 4J36 Inwa alloy cold-rolled sheet annealed at different temperatures and different time were studied. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature and the prolongation of holding time, the austenitic grain of the cold rolled sheet of ZI4J36 alloy gradually grows, and the twinning structure becomes more and more obvious.
