弛豫時(shí)間和終冷溫度對(duì)X70HD抗大變形管線鋼微觀組織的影響

【摘要】:通過(guò)金相組織分析研究了X70HD管線鋼在兩階段變形后弛豫時(shí)間和終冷溫度對(duì)微觀組織的影響。結(jié)果表明,第二階段變形后空冷弛豫到700℃,獲得鐵素體+下貝氏體的雙相組織且無(wú)先共析鐵素體生成,但隨弛豫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)有先共析鐵素體生成并獲得多邊形鐵素體+貝氏體的雙相組織。終冷溫度影響貝氏體的種類及含量,終冷溫度保溫時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生更多下貝氏體;在相同弛豫條件下,終冷到320℃獲得鐵素體+少量粒狀貝氏體,終冷到350℃獲得鐵素體+少量下貝氏體。
