合金元素對HRB600鋼筋強(qiáng)屈比性能的影響

【摘要】:在普通含釩600 MPa級鋼筋成分基礎(chǔ)上,通過添加適量的鉻、銅、鈮元素,利用光學(xué)顯微鏡、電子掃描電鏡、高溫激光共聚焦顯微鏡、透射電子顯微鏡等手段研究合金元素對高強(qiáng)鋼筋強(qiáng)屈比性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,加入鉻、銅、鈮后,均可提高鋼筋的強(qiáng)屈比,鈮的作用最為顯著,加入微量鈮提高了鋼筋組織中硬相比例,增大了兩相強(qiáng)度差,提高強(qiáng)屈比。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the ordinary steel bar containing vanadium of 600MPa grade, by adding proper amount of chromium, copper and niobium, optical microscope, electron scanning electron microscope, high temperature laser confocal microscope, The effect of alloying elements on the strength / flexural ratio of high strength steel bar was studied by transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results show that the addition of chromium, copper and niobium can increase the strength of steel bar, niobium plays the most important role. The addition of niobium can increase the ratio of hard phase, increase the strength of two phases and increase the ratio of strength to yield.
