40CrMnMo鋼單體泵泵體淬火開裂分析及對(duì)策

【摘要】:針對(duì)調(diào)質(zhì)熱處理后批量開裂的單體泵泵體,采用化學(xué)成分分析、硬度測(cè)試、夾雜物檢查、金相組織和晶粒度檢查以及掃描電鏡分析方法對(duì)泵體開裂原因進(jìn)行分析并提出相應(yīng)改進(jìn)措施。結(jié)果表明:失效泵體開裂的主要原因是泵體壁厚不均勻,淬火過(guò)程中熱應(yīng)力與組織應(yīng)力疊加導(dǎo)致泵體沿軸線方向開裂。采取加熱升溫時(shí)650℃等溫及將淬火油溫提高至80℃的淬火工藝,可降低泵體的組織應(yīng)力,有效避免泵體開裂。
[Abstract]:For the single pump body with batch cracking after heat treatment, chemical composition analysis, hardness test and inclusion inspection are used. Metallographic structure and grain size examination and scanning electron microscope analysis were used to analyze the causes of pump body cracking and corresponding improvement measures were put forward. The results show that the main reason of the cracking is the uneven wall thickness of the pump body and the cracking of the pump body along the axis caused by the superposition of the thermal stress and the tissue stress during quenching. The structure stress of the pump body can be reduced and the cracking of the pump body can be effectively avoided by adopting the quenching process of 650 鈩,
