【摘要】：特種石墨涂層與鑄造技術(shù)相結(jié)合,成功地應(yīng)用于鈦合金鑄造領(lǐng)域。概述了特種石墨鑄造技術(shù)的特點,通過刷涂層的方法可有效改善鑄件表面質(zhì)量,消除鑄件毛刺缺陷,并可增加石墨型的使用壽命。
[Abstract]:Combined with special graphite coating and casting technology, it has been successfully applied in the field of titanium alloy casting. The characteristics of special graphite casting technology are summarized. The surface quality of castings can be effectively improved by brush coating, the burr defects of castings can be eliminated, and the service life of graphite mould can be increased.
