哈氏合金C276在溴膠混合液中的耐蝕性

【摘要】:目的研究哈氏合金C-276在溴膠溶液中的耐蝕性能,分析哈氏合金C-276在溴膠溶液中的腐蝕及失效機(jī)理。方法采用掛片試驗(yàn)方法,模擬溴化丁基橡膠生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中溴膠混合釜的腐蝕環(huán)境,研究溫度、液溴含量、水含量、轉(zhuǎn)速等環(huán)境因素影響哈氏合金C-276的腐蝕規(guī)律,利用SEM、XRD等現(xiàn)代分析技術(shù),對(duì)腐蝕產(chǎn)物形貌、成分進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果哈氏合金C-276在含溴腐蝕溶液中的主要腐蝕產(chǎn)物為Ni Br2、Fe Br2、Mo Br2、Cr Br3等,腐蝕速率隨溫度、水含量、液溴含量以及轉(zhuǎn)速的增加而增大。溫度、水、液溴以及轉(zhuǎn)速等因素均對(duì)腐蝕的發(fā)生起到了重要作用,腐蝕類型以全面腐蝕為主,伴隨晶間腐蝕。結(jié)論溴膠混合液腐蝕環(huán)境下,哈氏合金C-276發(fā)生了嚴(yán)重的電化學(xué)腐蝕,提高溫度、液溴含量、水含量、轉(zhuǎn)速均會(huì)明顯增加哈氏合金C-276的腐蝕速率。哈氏合金C-276不能作為溴化丁基橡膠生產(chǎn)設(shè)備中溴膠混合器的主材質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the corrosion resistance of Halogen alloy C-276 in bromine solution, and to analyze the corrosion and failure mechanism of C-276 alloy in bromine solution. Methods the corrosion environment of brominated rubber mixed kettle was simulated by the method of hanging sheet test, and the corrosion law of Halogen alloy C-276 was studied by environmental factors such as temperature, bromine content, water content, rotational speed and other environmental factors, such as temperature, liquid bromine content, water content, rotational speed and so on. The morphology and composition of corrosion products were analyzed by means of SEM XRD and other modern analytical techniques. Results the main corrosion products of Halogenite alloy C-276 in bromine solution were Ni Br2Fe Br2Mo Br2Br3 and so on. The corrosion rate increased with the increase of temperature, water content, bromine content and rotational speed. Temperature, water, liquid bromine and rotational speed all play an important role in the occurrence of corrosion. The corrosion type is mainly comprehensive corrosion, accompanied by intergranular corrosion. Conclusion under the condition of bromine gel mixed solution corrosion, the corrosion rate of Hass alloy C-276 can be increased obviously by increasing the temperature, bromine content, water content and rotational speed of C-276 alloy, and the corrosion rate of C-276 alloy can be increased obviously by increasing the temperature, bromine content, water content and rotational speed of C-276 alloy. Halide alloy C-276 cannot be used as the main material of bromine rubber mixer in the production equipment of butyl bromide rubber.
