16Mn鋼固體滲硼工藝研究

【摘要】:采用不同滲劑配比、不同加熱溫度對16Mn鋼進(jìn)行固體滲硼處理,并對其顯微組織、顯微硬度及試樣表面成分進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:滲劑(硼砂、氧化鋁、氟硼酸鈉)工藝為950℃×4 h的滲層厚度約為55μm;滲劑(硼砂、碳化硅、氟硼酸鈉)工藝為1050℃×4 h的滲層厚度約為65μm。兩種工藝處理后顯微硬度均明顯高于基體硬度,但1050℃×4 h得到的滲層與基體結(jié)合強(qiáng)度更高,其表面層生成FeB或FeB、Fe_2B。
[Abstract]:The solid boronizing treatment of 16mn steel was carried out with different proportion of permeating agent and different heating temperature. The microstructure, microhardness and surface composition of 16mn steel were analyzed. The results show that the thickness of borax, alumina and sodium fluoroborate is about 55 渭 m at 950 鈩,
