低溫管線K65熱煨彎管用埋弧焊絲研制

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)了NiMoTiB體系實(shí)芯焊絲用于低溫管線K65熱煨彎管的埋弧焊接,并采用?4.0 mm焊絲、雙面四絲埋弧焊開展了壁厚30.8 mm直縫管試制,然后利用熱煨彎制工藝制成彎管,并分別測試了直縫管和彎管的焊縫金屬微觀組織及力學(xué)性能.結(jié)果表明,焊態(tài)直縫管焊縫組織以針狀鐵素體為主,以及少量貝氏體及馬氏體-奧氏體島(M-A);焊縫金屬抗拉強(qiáng)度670 MPa,-40℃沖擊吸收功為162 J.經(jīng)過淬火+回火處理的熱煨彎管焊縫主要由塊狀鐵素體和尺寸1~5μm的退化珠光體組成;焊縫金屬抗拉強(qiáng)度665 MPa,-40℃沖擊吸收功84 J,能夠滿足低溫管線鋼K65的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求.
[Abstract]:NiMoTiB solid cored welding wire was designed for submerged arc welding of hot-simmer bend pipe of low temperature pipeline K65. The tube was manufactured by using 4.0 mm wire and 30.8 mm straight seam pipe with double side and four wire. The microstructure and mechanical properties of weld metal of straight seam tube and bend tube were tested respectively. The results show that the microstructure of welded straight seam pipe is mainly acicular ferrite, a small amount of bainite and martensite austenite island (M-A), and the tensile strength of weld metal is 670 MPA ~ 40 鈩,
