回火對(duì)40Cr活塞桿滲氮后的組織和性能的影響

【摘要】:利用金相、XRD、硬度、極化曲線、阻抗譜等研究了熱處理工藝對(duì)40Cr鋼表面氮化后的組織和性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:回火處理能改變氮化物的分布和硬度梯度,隨著溫度的增加,有效滲層的厚度先增加后減小;40Cr鋼調(diào)質(zhì)后540℃滲氮6 h并經(jīng)過520℃高溫回火15 min再150℃低溫回火3 h能獲得最好的硬度和耐蝕性。
[Abstract]:The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of 40Cr steel after nitridation was studied by means of metallographic XRD, hardness, polarization curve and impedance spectroscopy. The results show that tempering treatment can change the distribution and hardness gradient of nitride, and with the increase of temperature, The best hardness and corrosion resistance can be obtained after quenching and tempering at 540 鈩,
