【摘要】：曲軸是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)中承受沖擊載荷、傳遞動(dòng)力的重要零件,其加工制造的質(zhì)量直接影響發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的正常工作和使用壽命。通過分析曲軸的機(jī)械加工工藝流程,設(shè)計(jì)一種可加工各類規(guī)格曲軸的鉆銑加工通用夾具。實(shí)際制造和使用表明:該新型通用夾具結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,定位準(zhǔn)確可靠,調(diào)整變換方便,提高了曲軸生產(chǎn)的效率和質(zhì)量,降低制造成本。
[Abstract]:The crankshaft is an important part of the engine which bears the impact load and transmission power. The quality of the crankshaft directly affects the normal work and the service life of the engine. By analyzing the machining process of the crankshaft, a kind of drilling and milling fixture is designed to process all kinds of specifications crankshafts. The fixture has the advantages of simple structure, accurate and reliable positioning, convenient adjustment and transformation, and improves the efficiency and quality of crankshaft production, and reduces the manufacturing cost.
