【摘要】:采用Ni-34Ti共晶釬料實現(xiàn)了TiAl合金的釬焊連接,分析了TiAl合金釬焊接頭的界面結(jié)構(gòu),重點研究了釬焊溫度對接頭組織及性能的影響規(guī)律.結(jié)果表明,Ni-34Ti共晶釬料主要由TiNi相和TiNi3相組成,釬料熔點為1 120℃.不同釬焊溫度下獲得的接頭界面組織均呈現(xiàn)對稱特征,無氣孔和裂紋等缺陷,接頭中主要形成了TiNiAl2,B2,TiNi Al和TiNi_2Al四種物相.Al元素在釬縫中的快速擴散,促進了釬縫中Ti-Ni-Al三元化合物的形成.釬焊溫度為1 180℃保溫10 min條件下,TiAl合金接頭獲得了最大的室溫抗剪強度87 MPa.剪切過程中,裂紋容易在富含TiNi_2Al相的區(qū)域產(chǎn)生和擴展,大量脆性TiNi_2Al相的存在對接頭的性能是有害的.
[Abstract]:The brazing joint of tial alloy was realized by Ni-34Ti eutectic filler metal. The interface structure of tial alloy brazed joint was analyzed, and the influence of brazing temperature on the microstructure and properties of tial alloy joint was studied. The results show that the Ni-34Ti eutectic filler metal is mainly composed of Tini phase and TiNi3 phase, and the melting point of the filler metal is 1 120 鈩,
