鋅鎂元素含量對新型Al-Mg-Zn合金組織和力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:采用硬度實驗、室溫拉伸實驗、掃描電鏡和透射電鏡研究了鋅鎂含量對Al-6Mg-3Zn、Al-6Mg-4Zn和Al-7Mg-4Zn合金時效硬化行為、力學(xué)性能和顯微組織的影響。結(jié)果顯示:Al-Mg-Zn合金水冷淬火后進行人工時效時會產(chǎn)生時效硬化效果,其中人工時效硬化效果最好的是Al-7Mg-4Zn,峰值時效后板材硬度達182 HV3,屈服強度達529MPa,抗拉強度為580 MPa,伸長率為10.5%。3種合金經(jīng)120℃×24 h時效后沉淀強化相為η'相,鋅鎂元素含量的增加,降低了合金的時效態(tài)組織再結(jié)晶分?jǐn)?shù),同時使得沉淀強化相的尺寸減小、彌散程度增加,最終使合金具有較高的強度。
[Abstract]:The effects of zinc and magnesium content on aging hardening behavior, mechanical properties and microstructure of Al-6Mg-3ZnAl-6Mg-4Zn and Al-7Mg-4Zn alloys were studied by means of hardness test, room temperature tensile test, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the effect of aging hardening will be produced when the water cooling quenching is carried out on the WAl-Mg-Zn alloy after artificial aging. The best effect of artificial aging hardening is Al-7Mg-4Zn. the hardness, yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of Al-7Mg-4Zn are 182 HV3, 529 MPA, 580 MPA and 10.5.3% respectively.
