旋轉(zhuǎn)摩擦焊接頭焊合機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:以Q235低碳鋼為母材,研究了摩擦?xí)r間和頂鍛壓力對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)摩擦焊接頭焊合率和冶金質(zhì)量的影響規(guī)律并分析了接頭焊合機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,不同焊接參數(shù)下已焊合區(qū)域的拉伸強(qiáng)度基本相同且均大于或等于母材強(qiáng)度,焊接參數(shù)影響的只是接頭焊合率(焊合率:接頭橫截面焊縫焊合部分長(zhǎng)度與總長(zhǎng)度之比),因此提出將焊合率作為焊接質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。進(jìn)一步研究表明,在其他參數(shù)不變的情況下,焊合率隨頂鍛壓力的增大而增大,但增大速率逐漸趨緩,當(dāng)頂鍛壓力達(dá)到某臨界值后,焊合率達(dá)到100%,對(duì)所需臨界壓力進(jìn)行了分析并得出了其計(jì)算方法;隨著摩擦?xí)r間的增加,軸向縮短量增大,焊合率減小,焊接界面溫度升高,高溫區(qū)變寬,焊后再結(jié)晶區(qū)域加寬且晶粒尺寸變大。近縫區(qū)組織呈流線狀,且晶粒大小不均勻。最終得出,大頂鍛壓力,短摩擦?xí)r間有助于提高焊合率,減小晶粒尺寸小,提升接頭整體質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Taking Q235 low carbon steel as base material, the influence of friction time and top forging force on welding rate and metallurgical quality of rotating friction welding joint was studied and the welding mechanism of joint was analyzed. The results show that the tensile strength of the welded zone is basically the same and the tensile strength is greater than or equal to that of the base metal under different welding parameters. Welding parameters only affect the welding ratio (welding ratio: the ratio of weld length to total length of the cross section weld seam). Therefore, the weldability is regarded as the evaluation standard of welding quality. Further study shows that the welding bonding rate increases with the increase of the forging pressure, but the increasing rate gradually slows down, when the top forging force reaches a certain critical value, the welding bonding ratio increases with the increase of other parameters. The critical pressure required is analyzed and its calculation method is obtained. With the increase of friction time, the axial shortening increases, the welding bonding rate decreases, the welding interface temperature increases, and the high temperature zone becomes wider. After welding, the recrystallization area is widened and the grain size is enlarged. The microstructure near the seam is streamline, and the grain size is not uniform. Finally, it is concluded that large forging pressure and short friction time are helpful to improve the welding bonding rate, reduce the grain size and improve the overall quality of the joint.
