AZ31B鎂合金板熱漸進成形的精度研究

【摘要】:成形精度差是限制單點漸進成形發(fā)展的重要因素,針對單點漸進成形技術(shù)難以實現(xiàn)對材料高溫處理再加工的問題,提出一種基于液體介質(zhì)加熱的單點漸進成形方法,并通過依次提高溫度的方法,探索了適合進行AZ31B鎂合金板料單點漸進成形的實驗溫度。同時,研究了在該溫度下采用單點漸進成形方法加工AZ31B鎂合金方錐件時,成形角對精度的影響。結(jié)果表明:液體介質(zhì)加熱的方法對單點漸進成形有效,在加熱油溫達到200℃時能夠完成鎂合金板料的單點漸進成形過程;方錐成形件的精度影響分兩種形式——側(cè)壁鼓凸和棱邊回彈,并且隨成形角的增大,側(cè)壁鼓凸和棱邊回彈的回彈量都減小。
[Abstract]:The poor forming accuracy is an important factor limiting the development of single point incremental forming. Aiming at the problem that it is difficult for single point incremental forming technology to reprocess materials at high temperature, a single point progressive forming method based on liquid medium heating is proposed. The experimental temperature suitable for single point progressive forming of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet was explored by increasing the temperature in turn. At the same time, the influence of forming angle on the precision of AZ31B magnesium alloy square cone was studied. The results show that the method of liquid medium heating is effective for single point incremental forming, and the process of single point progressive forming of magnesium alloy sheet can be completed when the heating oil temperature reaches 200 鈩,
