【摘要】:采用電化學(xué)極化法研究了Zn4Al3Mg-xIn合金釬料的腐蝕行為,采用熱重分析(TGA)方法研究了該合金的高溫氧化性能。結(jié)果表明:Zn4Al3Mg-xIn合金的腐蝕電位小于 1.15 V,腐蝕傾向大,且隨著In含量增加,合金的腐蝕電位減小,腐蝕傾向增大。SEM結(jié)果表明,Zn4Al3Mg-xIn合金表面出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重的區(qū)域腐蝕和孔蝕。TGA結(jié)果表明,Zn4Al3Mg-xIn合金在260℃下,氧化進(jìn)度緩慢,合金表現(xiàn)出較好的抗高溫氧化性能。
[Abstract]:The corrosion behavior of Zn4Al3Mg-xIn alloy was studied by electrochemical polarization method. The high temperature oxidation behavior of Zn4Al3Mg-xIn alloy was studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results show that the corrosion potential of wt Zn _ 4AL _ 3Mg-xIn alloy is lower than that of 1.15V, and the corrosion potential decreases with the increase of in content. The results of SEM show that the surface of Zn-4Al3Mg-xIn alloy has serious regional corrosion and pitting corrosion. TGA results show that the oxidation progress of ZZn-4Al3Mg-xIn alloy is slow at 260 鈩,
