AZ91鎂合金磷化液配方及優(yōu)選

【摘要】:為了進一步提高鎂合金表面磷化膜的耐腐蝕性能,采用鋅系磷化液對AZ91鎂合金進行磷化處理。采用掃描電鏡及能譜儀分析磷化膜的形貌及成分;采用浸泡試驗和極化曲線分析磷化膜的耐腐蝕性能。通過正交試驗優(yōu)選磷化液配方。結(jié)果表明:最優(yōu)磷化工藝為2.0 g/L氧化鋅,5 m L/L磷酸,0.2 g/L十二烷基磺酸鈉,0.1 g/L酒石酸,0.2 g/L鉬酸銨,0.3 g/L氟化鈉,時間40 min,溫度40℃,pH值2.5;優(yōu)化工藝下所得磷化膜微觀形貌均勻細致、厚度均勻、腐蝕失重小、腐蝕電流密度低,可有效地抑制鎂合金的腐蝕。
[Abstract]:In order to further improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy surface phosphating film, zinc phosphating solution was used to phosphate AZ91 magnesium alloy. The morphology and composition of phosphating film were analyzed by SEM and EDS, and the corrosion resistance of phosphating film was analyzed by immersion test and polarization curve. The formula of phosphating solution was optimized by orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimal phosphating process was 2.0 g / L zinc oxide 5 mL / L phosphoric acid 0.2 g / L sodium dodecyl sulfonate 0.1 g / L ammonium molybdate 0.2 g / L ammonium molybdate 0.3 g / L sodium fluoride for 40 min and pH value 2.5 at 40 鈩,
