八萬噸模鍛壓機(jī)主缸焊接應(yīng)力場有限元分析

【摘要】:針對八萬噸模鍛壓機(jī)主缸焊接應(yīng)力和變形難于精確控制的問題,建立了主缸焊接有限元模型,通過模擬計算和試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,得到了主缸焊接溫度場、應(yīng)力場和變形.結(jié)果表明,主缸焊接過程中焊縫溫度最高,約為2 100℃,接頭區(qū)域溫度梯度最大.主缸焊后最大位移位于主缸頂部,位移量約為7.4 mm,焊縫區(qū)位移量較小.在焊接前應(yīng)考慮對主缸底部和頂部進(jìn)行約束,防止焊后產(chǎn)生較大變形.主缸焊縫區(qū)等效應(yīng)力最大,約為470 MPa,熱影響區(qū)應(yīng)力次之,母材應(yīng)力最小.在熱處理前要注意接頭上表面是否存在焊接裂紋等缺陷.以上結(jié)果為主缸實(shí)際焊接提供了計算數(shù)據(jù)參考.
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the stress and deformation of the main cylinder of eighty thousand tons die forging press is difficult to accurately control, a finite element model of the main cylinder welding is established. The welding temperature field, stress field and deformation of the main cylinder are obtained by simulation calculation and test. The results show that the weld temperature of the main cylinder is the highest, about 2100 C, and the temperature gradient of the joint area is the most. The maximum displacement of the main cylinder after welding is located at the top of the main cylinder, the displacement amount is about 7.4 mm, the displacement of the weld zone is small. Before welding, the constraint of the bottom and the top of the main cylinder should be considered to prevent the large deformation after welding. The equivalent stress of the weld area of the main cylinder is about 470 MPa, the stress in the heat affected zone is the second and the base material stress is the least. The attention should be paid to the heat treatment before the heat treatment. There are defects such as welding cracks on the upper surface of the joint. The above results provide reference for the actual welding of the cylinder.
