2A14鋁合金激光-MIG復合填絲焊特性分析

【摘要】:針對2A14鋁合金同時進行了激光-MIG復合焊和激光-MIG復合填絲焊試驗,對比分析了激光功率、離焦量、焊接速度、焊接電流、光絲間距、填絲速度等工藝參數(shù)對兩種焊接方法焊縫成形的影響規(guī)律.結(jié)果表明,鋁合金激光-MIG復合填絲焊方法切實可行,工藝適應(yīng)性良好,與鋁合金激光-MIG復合焊相比,均能在較寬的工藝參數(shù)范圍內(nèi)實現(xiàn)良好的焊縫成形;相同試驗參數(shù)條件下,鋁合金激光-MIG復合填絲焊的焊縫成形特征與激光-MIG復合焊基本相同,但其熔敷速度明顯大于激光-MIG復合焊,焊縫余高明顯增加.
[Abstract]:The experiments of laser MIG composite welding and laser MIG composite wire filling welding for 2A14 aluminum alloy were carried out at the same time. The laser power, defocusing amount, welding speed, welding current and optical wire spacing were compared and analyzed. The influence of wire filling speed and other process parameters on weld formation of two welding methods. The results show that the laser MIG composite filler wire welding method for aluminum alloy is feasible, and the process adaptability is good. Compared with the laser MIG composite welding of aluminum alloy, the welding seam can be formed in a wide range of process parameters, and under the same test parameters, The weld forming characteristics of laser MIG composite filler wire welding of aluminum alloy are basically the same as that of laser MIG composite welding, but the deposition speed is obviously higher than that of laser MIG composite welding, and the residual height of the weld increases obviously.
