熱處理對Ni-P鍍層耐硫酸露點腐蝕性能的影響

【摘要】:在20R鋼表面化學鍍Ni-P合金鍍層,結果表明:制備的鍍層表面平整致密無裂紋,P含量為10.72%,屬于高磷非晶鍍層。對鍍層熱處理后的結構、表面形貌、結合強度等性能進行了測試分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)Ni-P鍍層經200℃熱處理后仍保持非晶態(tài)結構并且結合強度更好,升溫至300℃后開始析出Ni_3P相,鍍層轉化為混晶態(tài)結構。采用電化學試驗方法研究經200℃熱處理后Ni-P鍍層及常用鋼材20R、ND鋼和316L不銹鋼的耐蝕性,發(fā)現(xiàn)Ni-P鍍層相對于20R、ND鋼和316L不銹鋼在5%硫酸溶液中的自腐蝕電位更高,為-234 m V,自腐蝕電流密度更小,為3.8687×10~(-6)A·cm~(-2),電荷轉移電阻更大,為954.9Ω·cm~(-2),體現(xiàn)了更好的抗硫酸腐蝕性能;對四種材質在60℃不同濃度硫酸溶液中進行實驗室均勻腐蝕試驗,它們的年腐蝕率排序為20R?ND?Ni-P316L。
[Abstract]:Electroless Ni-P alloy coating was deposited on 20R steel. The results show that the surface of the prepared coating is flat, compact and crack-free, and the content of P is 10.72, which belongs to the amorphous coating with high phosphorus content. The structure, surface morphology and bonding strength of Ni-P coating after heat treatment were tested and analyzed.
