【摘要】：介紹了半空心鋁型材一模雙孔擠壓模結(jié)構(gòu),提出了一種替代式模芯結(jié)構(gòu)以保證懸臂的強(qiáng)度,并詳細(xì)描述了此結(jié)構(gòu)有關(guān)參數(shù)的選擇與優(yōu)化方法,實(shí)際生產(chǎn)結(jié)果表明,針對(duì)半空心鋁型材的一模雙孔擠壓模結(jié)構(gòu)是有效的,可以提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低制造成本,為一模多孔擠壓模的深入研究和開發(fā)提供參考。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the structure of semi-hollow aluminum profile extrusion die with one die and two holes, puts forward a substitute die core structure to ensure the strength of cantilever, and describes in detail the selection and optimization method of the parameters related to this structure. The actual production results show that, The structure of one die and two hole extrusion die for semi hollow aluminum profile is effective, which can improve the production efficiency and reduce the manufacturing cost. It provides a reference for the deep research and development of one die porous extrusion die.
