鑄造316L不銹鋼偏析及其均勻化處理研究

【摘要】:為了消除鑄造316L不銹鋼鑄態(tài)組織的枝晶偏析,采用箱式電阻爐對該材料進行了均勻化退火處理的研究。并利用能譜儀、直讀光譜儀測試和掃描電鏡、光學顯微鏡觀察等方法,研究了該材料鑄態(tài)組織及枝晶間和枝晶內(nèi)化學成分的特點,發(fā)現(xiàn)了不同的均勻化退火工藝對該材料顯微組織的影響規(guī)律。并以空位擴散機制為基礎(chǔ),進行了均勻化動力學分析,建立316L合金的均勻化擴散方程。結(jié)果表明,鑄造316L不銹鋼鑄態(tài)組織存在嚴重枝晶偏析,枝晶間的Cr、Mo、Ni、Mn等合金元素含量比枝晶內(nèi)的高。在均勻化過程中,隨著退火溫度的上升、時間的增長,組織中高熔點共晶相逐漸溶解,均勻化效果增強。當均勻化退火工藝為1150℃×20 h的固溶處理時,鑄造枝晶偏析90%消除,可以得到均勻的奧氏體組織。這與均勻化動力學分析結(jié)果基本一致。
[Abstract]:In order to eliminate the dendritic segregation of cast 316L stainless steel, homogenization annealing of the material was carried out in a box resistance furnace. The characteristics of as-cast structure and chemical composition in dendrite and dendrite were studied by means of energy spectrometer, direct reading spectrometer, scanning electron microscope and optical microscope. The effect of different homogenization annealing processes on the microstructure of the material was found. Based on the vacancy diffusion mechanism, the homogenization kinetics of 316L alloy was analyzed, and the homogenization diffusion equation of 316L alloy was established. The results show that there is a serious dendritic segregation in cast 316L stainless steel, and the content of Cr _ (Mo) Mo _ (Ni) mn and other alloying elements in the cast 316L stainless steel is higher than that in the dendrite.
