AW-6016-T4板材的低溫成形行為(英文)

【摘要】:研究析出強(qiáng)化AW-6016-T4金屬板材的低溫成形行為。利用拉伸和Nakazima測(cè)試方法獲得材料在-196至25°C范圍內(nèi)的流變曲線和成形極限曲線。結(jié)果表明,材料的強(qiáng)度和伸長(zhǎng)率隨溫度的降低而增大。背散射電子衍射(EBSD)研究表明變形材料在室溫和低溫下顯微組織有細(xì)微區(qū)別。但連續(xù)加熱差熱分析表明析出動(dòng)力學(xué)之間無(wú)明顯區(qū)別。本研究結(jié)果表明低溫變形可用于制造8 mm深的B柱,而常溫變形只能制造6 mm深的B柱。
[Abstract]:The low temperature forming behavior of precipitated strengthened AW-6016-T4 sheet metal was studied. The rheological curves and forming limit curves of the materials in the range of -196 ~ 25 擄C were obtained by tensile and Nakazima measurements. The results show that the strength and elongation of the material increase with the decrease of temperature. The results of EBSD show that the microstructure of the deformed materials at room temperature is slightly different from that at low temperature. However, the differential thermal analysis of continuous heating shows that there is no obvious difference between precipitation kinetics. The results show that the low temperature deformation can be used to manufacture 8 mm deep B column, while the room temperature deformation can only produce 6 mm deep B column.
