珠光體鋼絲冷變形加工硬化行為研究

【摘要】:采用不同含碳量的熱處理后鍍銅鋼絲,主要研究了珠光體鋼絲在冷拉拔變形過程中的抗拉強度與真應變的關系,并探討了珠光體鋼絲的加工硬化行為。結(jié)果表明:當真應變小于2.12時,鋼絲的抗拉強度隨著真應變的增加呈線性增加趨勢。珠光體鋼絲的加工硬化過程分為三個階段:真應變ε1.5時,材料加工硬化率隨真應變的增加而下降,加工硬化指數(shù)較低;1.5≤ε≤4.0時,加工硬化率隨真應變的增加而增加,加工硬化指數(shù)快速升高;真應變ε4.0后,加工硬化率急劇下降,加工硬化指數(shù)呈拋物線下降。
[Abstract]:The relationship between tensile strength and true strain of pearlite steel wire during cold drawing and deformation was studied by using copper plated steel wire with different carbon content. The work hardening behavior of pearlite steel wire was also discussed. The results show that when the true strain is less than 2.12, the tensile strength of steel wire increases linearly with the increase of true strain. The work hardening process of pearlite steel wire is divided into three stages: when true strain 蔚 1.5, the work hardening rate decreases with the increase of true strain, and when the work hardening index is lower than 1.5 鈮,
