【摘要】：在齒輪整體誤差測(cè)量技術(shù)中,整體誤差測(cè)量結(jié)果與齒輪單項(xiàng)誤差測(cè)量?jī)x器的結(jié)果之間存在差異的問(wèn)題一直沒(méi)有得到很好的解決。通過(guò)對(duì)齒輪整體誤差測(cè)量中異點(diǎn)接觸現(xiàn)象的分析,提出了異點(diǎn)接觸誤差的定義和計(jì)算方法,分析了異點(diǎn)接觸誤差和曲率干涉誤差在本質(zhì)上的不同之處,提出了基于準(zhǔn)形態(tài)學(xué)濾波的異點(diǎn)接觸誤差修正方法,并進(jìn)行了異點(diǎn)接觸誤差修正的仿真試驗(yàn)和實(shí)際整體誤差測(cè)量結(jié)果的誤差修正試驗(yàn)。理論分析和試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)表明,修正后的整體誤差測(cè)量結(jié)果更加接近實(shí)際被測(cè)齒廓的真實(shí)形狀,應(yīng)用本方法修正異點(diǎn)接觸誤差的效果顯著,可提高整體誤差式齒輪量?jī)x的測(cè)量精度。
[Abstract]:In the whole gear error measurement technology, the problem of the difference between the whole error measurement result and the result of the gear single error measuring instrument has not been solved well all the time. Based on the analysis of different point contact phenomenon in gear integral error measurement, the definition and calculation method of different point contact error are put forward, and the essential difference between different point contact error and curvature interference error is analyzed. In this paper, a method for correcting the error of different point contact based on quasi-morphological filtering is proposed, and the simulation experiment of the correction of the error of the different point contact and the error correction test of the actual whole error measurement result are carried out. The theoretical analysis and experimental data show that the measured results of the corrected overall error are closer to the real shape of the measured tooth profile. The effect of this method on correcting the hetero-point contact error is remarkable and the measuring accuracy of the gear measuring instrument with integral error can be improved.
