【摘要】：介紹了高效鑄鐵預(yù)處理劑在中小鑄鐵件、大型鑄鐵件以及發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)缸體鑄件上的應(yīng)用,通過對(duì)比分析,得出以下結(jié)論:(1)使用高效鑄鐵預(yù)處理劑可以降低鐵液過冷度,減少白口傾向,促進(jìn)細(xì)小的A型石墨形成,提高球墨鑄鐵球化率及石墨球的圓整度;(2)高效鑄鐵預(yù)處理劑用于無箱造型線生產(chǎn)空調(diào)、冰箱壓縮機(jī)鑄件,對(duì)改善鑄件石墨形態(tài)和加工性能效果顯著;(3)使用高效鑄鐵預(yù)處理劑可以替代其它材料或降低其用量,減少增碳劑加入量,在改善鑄件組織和性能的同時(shí),還能降低生產(chǎn)成本。
[Abstract]:The application of high efficiency cast iron preconditioner on small iron, large cast iron and engine cylinder body is introduced. Through comparative analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) the use of high efficiency cast iron preconditioner can reduce the supercooling of iron liquid, reduce the tendency of white mouth, promote the formation of fine A graphite, increase the spheroidization rate of spheroidal graphite cast iron and the graphite ball. Round finishing; (2) the high efficiency cast iron preconditioning agent is used to produce air conditioning without box molding line, and the refrigerator compressor casting has a significant effect on improving the graphite morphology and processing properties of the castings. (3) the use of high efficiency cast iron preconditioner can replace other materials or reduce its amount, reduce the amount of carbon adding, and reduce the organization and performance of the castings. Low production cost.
