基于多源信息融合及模糊故障樹的小子樣可靠性評估

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)故障樹布爾邏輯難以描述事件之間的關(guān)系,且在實際應(yīng)用中可靠性數(shù)據(jù)獲取不足的問題,提出一種基于多源信息融合方法和T-S模糊故障樹的小子樣多態(tài)系統(tǒng)可靠性評估方法。以T-S模糊故障樹為基礎(chǔ),將相關(guān)函數(shù)多源信息融合法應(yīng)用于底事件可靠度的確定。同時,為避免不可用數(shù)據(jù)的影響,提出t檢驗對樣本數(shù)據(jù)和驗前信息進(jìn)行相容性檢驗,解決了小子樣系統(tǒng)中底事件可靠度難以確定的問題,提高了預(yù)測精度。基于鑄造起重機(jī)主起升機(jī)構(gòu)可靠性評估對提出的方法進(jìn)行驗證,結(jié)果表明所提出的方法能夠很好地應(yīng)用于鑄造起重機(jī)起升機(jī)構(gòu)的可靠性評估,可為提高起升機(jī)構(gòu)可靠性提供支持和參考。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the traditional fault tree Boolean logic is difficult to describe the relationship between events, and in practical application, the reliability data acquisition is insufficient. A reliability evaluation method for small sample polymorphic systems based on multi-source information fusion and T-S fuzzy fault tree is proposed. Based on T-S fuzzy fault tree, the correlation function multi-source information fusion method is applied to determine the reliability of bottom event. At the same time, in order to avoid the influence of unusable data, t test is put forward to test the compatibility of sample data and prior information, which solves the problem that the reliability of bottom event is difficult to determine in small sample system, and improves the prediction accuracy. The proposed method is verified based on the reliability evaluation of the main hoisting mechanism of the foundry crane. The results show that the proposed method can be applied to the reliability evaluation of the hoisting mechanism of the foundry crane. It can provide support and reference for improving the reliability of hoisting mechanism.
