數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)在熔模鑄造生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐

【摘要】:采用華鑄CAE/InteCast鑄鋼模塊進(jìn)行熔模鑄造過程模擬運(yùn)算,并將結(jié)果與實(shí)際鑄造情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比。采用Pidex三維建模,根據(jù)優(yōu)化算法獲得了特定生產(chǎn)工況下的物性參數(shù)和界面參數(shù),根據(jù)組合參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行兩種零件在各自工況下的多種工藝方案運(yùn)算,并進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,特定工況下的參數(shù)符合實(shí)際情況。
[Abstract]:The CAE/InteCast cast steel module was used to simulate the process of investment casting, and the results were compared with the actual casting. The physical parameters and interface parameters under specific production conditions are obtained by using Pidex 3D modeling and optimization algorithm. According to the database of combined parameters, the various process schemes of the two parts under their respective working conditions are calculated, and the production verification is carried out. The results show that the parameters under specific working conditions are in line with the actual situation.
