【摘要】:采用模內(nèi)加熱的方式,比較不同加熱溫度時,在不同工藝條件下0.8 mm厚7A04板料的拉深成形能力,研究7A04高強鋁合金板材在熱成形條件下的拉深性能。結(jié)果表明:隨著溫度的升高,材料的成形性能得到顯著提高,在350~400℃溫度區(qū)間,極限拉深尺寸達到最大值,相較于常溫下的極限拉深直徑提高8.8%,拉深件高度提高28.57%。由于加熱時間短,不同溫度成形材料的相應(yīng)組織和硬度無明顯變化,熱拉深后材料仍保持原高強鋁合金強度高的特性。
[Abstract]:The drawing forming ability of 0.8 mm thick 7A04 sheet under different heating temperature was compared by using the method of in-die heating, and the drawing properties of 7A04 high strength aluminum alloy sheet under hot forming condition were studied.
