TT處理對690合金傳熱管顯微組織和性能的影響

【摘要】:對核電站蒸汽發(fā)生器用690合金傳熱管進行不同保溫時間的特殊熱處理,研究保溫時間對690合金傳熱管顯微組織、拉伸性能和晶間腐蝕性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)10~30 h的特殊熱處理后,690合金傳熱管晶界均分布連續(xù)或半連續(xù)的碳化物,且晶內(nèi)分布極少量的碳化物和大量的孿晶;隨著保溫時間的增加,碳化物有粗化的現(xiàn)象,室溫及350℃拉伸性能變化不大,拉伸性能緩慢增加,350℃的抗拉強度仍能保持在600 MPa以上;隨著特殊熱處理保溫時間的增加,690合金傳熱管晶間腐蝕速率未發(fā)生明顯變化,且均不超過13 mdd(毫克/平方分米·天)。
[Abstract]:Special heat treatment of 690 alloy heat transfer tube used in steam generator of nuclear power plant was carried out. The effect of holding time on microstructure, tensile property and intergranular corrosion of 690 alloy heat transfer tube was studied. The results show that after special heat treatment for 10 ~ 30 h, continuous or semi-continuous carbides are distributed in the grain boundaries of the heat transfer tubes, and a very small amount of carbides and a large number of twins are distributed in the grains, and with the increase of the holding time, The carbides have coarsening phenomenon, the tensile properties at room temperature and 350 鈩,
