晶粒尺寸對(duì)貝氏體鋼SDP1的連續(xù)冷卻轉(zhuǎn)變規(guī)律的影響

【摘要】:采用熱膨脹儀測(cè)量了150μm和20μm大小兩種晶粒尺寸的SDP1貝氏體鋼的過冷奧氏體連續(xù)冷卻轉(zhuǎn)變(CCT)曲線,結(jié)合組織觀察、硬度測(cè)試、熱力學(xué)計(jì)算及動(dòng)力學(xué)分析研究了晶粒尺寸對(duì)相變過程組織和硬度的影響。結(jié)果表明,小晶粒材料在低冷速相變過程中出現(xiàn)了片狀珠光體,最低硬度為305HV,貝氏體轉(zhuǎn)變對(duì)應(yīng)冷速區(qū)間較小;大晶粒材料在各冷卻條件下無珠光體產(chǎn)生,且貝氏體轉(zhuǎn)變區(qū)較大,最低硬度為423HV。150μm和20μm晶粒材料的貝氏體相變激活能分別為124kJ·mol~(-1)和134kJ·mol~(-1)。
[Abstract]:The continuous cooling transformation curves of SDP1 bainite steel with grain sizes of 150 渭 m and 20 渭 m were measured by thermal expansion instrument. The effect of grain size on the microstructure and hardness of phase transformation was studied by thermodynamic calculation and kinetic analysis. The results show that the lamellar pearlite appears in the process of low cooling rate transformation, the lowest hardness is 305 HVV, the bainite transformation corresponds to a smaller cooling rate range, and the large grain material does not produce pearlite under various cooling conditions, and the bainite transformation zone is large. The activation energies of bainite transformation for the 423HV.150 渭 m and 20 渭 m grain materials are 124kJ molan-1 and 134kJ molanine 1, respectively, with the lowest hardness being 423HV.150 渭 m and 20 渭 m, respectively.
