【摘要】：采用相場法研究了Fe-C-Mn三元合金在臨界區(qū)等溫過程中發(fā)生的奧氏體-鐵素體相變�；贕ibbs自由能守恒理論,在相場模型中考慮了替換型元素Mn在奧氏體/鐵素體相界面內(nèi)擴(kuò)散所導(dǎo)致的自由能耗散,描述了Fe-C-Mn三元合金中因Mn在相界面偏聚所導(dǎo)致的相變停滯和相變不完全現(xiàn)象。利用相場模型研究了Mn含量對奧氏體-鐵素體相變微觀組織轉(zhuǎn)變和相變動力學(xué)的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著Mn含量的增加,鐵素體相的轉(zhuǎn)變速率和體積分?jǐn)?shù)降低,Mn在奧氏體/鐵素體相界面內(nèi)擴(kuò)散所導(dǎo)致的溶質(zhì)拖曳現(xiàn)象越明顯,相變不完全程度加劇。
[Abstract]:The austenitic ferrite transformation of Fe-C-Mn ternary alloy during the isothermal process in the critical region was studied by phase field method. Based on the Gibbs free energy conservation theory, the free energy dissipation caused by the diffusion of the substitution element mn in the austenite / ferrite phase interface is considered in the phase field model. The phase transition stagnation and incomplete phase transition in Fe-C-Mn ternary alloy due to mn segregation at the phase interface are described. The effect of mn content on microstructure transformation and kinetics of austenitic ferrite transformation was studied by using phase field model. The results show that with the increase of mn content, the transformation rate and volume fraction of ferrite phase decrease the solute drag caused by diffusion of mn in the interface of austenitic / ferrite phase, and the degree of phase transformation is not complete.
