基于有限元仿真的磨削紋理對(duì)40Cr材料摩擦學(xué)特性影響及潤(rùn)滑油匹配

【摘要】:目的由于磨削粗糙度較小,磨削紋理對(duì)材料摩擦學(xué)特性的影響常被忽略,故研究磨削表面紋理方向與潤(rùn)滑油的匹配性問(wèn)題。方法利用有限元仿真研究,分析了工件運(yùn)動(dòng)方向與表面紋理方向呈不同夾角(θ=0°、30°、45°、90°)時(shí),對(duì)固體間接觸面積A和摩擦因數(shù)μ的影響,并選擇了3種黏度差距較大的潤(rùn)滑油進(jìn)行了單因素匹配性研究。結(jié)果利用有限元仿真模型,獲得了不同黏度潤(rùn)滑油潤(rùn)滑時(shí)的最佳紋理安裝角度。使用32號(hào)潤(rùn)滑油潤(rùn)滑,θ=0°(運(yùn)動(dòng)方向與紋理方向垂直)時(shí)的摩擦因數(shù)和接觸面積均最小;使用68號(hào)潤(rùn)滑油,θ=0°時(shí)的摩擦因數(shù)最小,而且此時(shí)的接觸面積也最小;使用150號(hào)潤(rùn)滑油時(shí),θ=30°時(shí)的摩擦因數(shù)最小,此時(shí)的接觸面積較小。結(jié)論表面紋理方向?qū)腆w間接觸面積的影響主要由潤(rùn)滑油膜連續(xù)程度決定,表面紋理方向?qū)δΣ烈驍?shù)的影響由油膜連續(xù)程度和固體間接觸的阻礙作用雙重決定。隨著潤(rùn)滑油黏度的增大,表面紋理方向?qū)腆w間接觸面積和摩擦因數(shù)的影響逐漸減小。實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中的零件安裝,必須關(guān)注紋理方向?qū)?rùn)滑效果的影響,并注重與潤(rùn)滑油的匹配問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Due to the small roughness of grinding, the influence of grinding texture on tribological properties of materials is often neglected, so the matching problem between the direction of grinding surface texture and lubricating oil is studied. Methods by means of finite element simulation, the effects of different angles of motion direction and surface texture direction (胃 0 擄~ 30 擄~ 45 擄~ 90 擄) on the contact area A and friction coefficient 渭 of the workpiece are analyzed. Three kinds of lubricating oils with large viscosity gap were selected for single factor matching study. Results using finite element simulation model, the optimum texture installation angle of lubricating oil with different viscosity was obtained. When lubricating oil No. 32 is used, the friction coefficient and contact area of 胃 _ 0 擄(vertical direction of movement and texture) are the smallest, and the friction coefficient of 胃 _ 0 擄is the smallest when using No. 68 lubricating oil, and the contact area is also the smallest. When 150 lubricating oil is used, the friction coefficient is the smallest and the contact area is smaller when theta is 30 擄. Conclusion the influence of the direction of surface texture on the contact area between solids is mainly determined by the continuity of lubricating oil film, and the influence of the direction of surface texture on the friction coefficient is determined by the continuity of oil film and the hindrance of contact between solids. With the increase of lubricant viscosity, the effect of surface texture direction on the contact area and friction coefficient between solids decreases gradually. The effect of texture direction on lubricating effect and matching with lubricating oil must be paid attention to in actual production.
