304不銹鋼在鉆井廢棄液中的腐蝕行為

【摘要】:目前針對(duì)鉆井廢棄液中材料的腐蝕研究尚屬空白。采用浸泡腐蝕試驗(yàn)、電化學(xué)阻抗譜(EIS)、動(dòng)態(tài)極化曲線、掃描電鏡(SEM)研究了304不銹鋼在鉆井廢棄液介質(zhì)中浸泡不同時(shí)間后的腐蝕情況。結(jié)果表明:浸泡腐蝕初期(5~10 d),試樣的腐蝕電流密度顯著增加,對(duì)應(yīng)的自腐蝕電位和極化電阻減小,耐腐蝕性能變差;而隨著浸泡時(shí)間的延長(10~30 d),腐蝕電流密度減小,極化電阻增大,腐蝕減緩;浸泡30~90 d期間,極化電阻、自腐蝕電位顯著增加;整個(gè)浸泡腐蝕期間試樣表面的保護(hù)膜層處于生成-破壞-自修復(fù)的動(dòng)態(tài)變化中,這使得304不銹鋼的耐腐蝕性能較好,浸泡腐蝕90 d后的試樣表面生成了較為均勻的保護(hù)膜。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on corrosion of materials in waste drilling fluid is still blank. Immersion corrosion test, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), dynamic polarization curve and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to study the corrosion of 304 stainless steel after immersion in drilling waste liquid for different time. The results show that the corrosion current density of the sample increases significantly, the corresponding corrosion potential and polarization resistance decrease, and the corrosion resistance becomes poor, while the corrosion current density decreases with the prolongation of immersion time. The polarization resistance increased and the corrosion slowed down, the polarization resistance and corrosion potential increased significantly during 30 ~ 90 d immersion, and the protective film layer on the surface of the sample was in the dynamic change of formation, failure and self-repair during the whole immersion corrosion period. The corrosion resistance of 304 stainless steel was better than that of stainless steel, and a uniform protective film was formed on the surface of 304 stainless steel after 90 days of immersion corrosion.
